Sigh, sorry guys, work and life have been dang busy and I’ve had little time for much else. I’m still working on my review of the 1972 Star Trek game, but I’ve yet to put in the minimum six hours. I’ll get a rhythm to all of this soon. :) In the meantime, stuff has happened! This includes:

Oohhh...pretty!

I’m still recuperating from three weeks of two jobs (one’s ended, but I’m still exhausted), but I’m gonna ramp up the news and original content as I have the energy to do so. :)

To that end, the folks at Camel 101 have sent over a dozen screenshots of their upcoming real-time space strategy game, Gemini Wars, as well as let me know of a new blog post about natural disasters like planets blowing up and stuff, which honestly looks REALLY cool. :) I’ll bring you more on this fascinating looking game as I get it. :)

New Gemini Wars Video Released

A big battle in Gemini Wars.

Whole lotta shootin' goin' on...

Rock, Paper, Shotgun has word that a new video for the upcoming space strategy game, Gemini Wars, has been released. This time one of the devs shows us how the game plays. Take a look:

I like it! It still needs work, obviously (camera movement seems a bit jerky, and animations don’t seem anywhere near final), but it looks pretty visceral and satisfying. I’ll keep you updates as more info on the game comes out.
