Bringing the Pain.

After some false starts, I was FINALLY able to record another Rules of Engagement 2 video. Yay! I hope y’all don’t mind that the game itself is paused for a little bit while I explain stuff and set up the scenario for y’all. :) As always, please let me know if you have any criticisms or thoughts of improving these things. :) Thanks, and enjoy!!

That was surprisingly easy. Not even the outpost shot back despite an intact weapons system, which is quite bizarre. The next mission will probably pour on the pain to make up for this cakewalk. ;)

I know, none of the ships put up a fight besides running away, and IIRC, outposts might not be armed, not 100% on that though. I’ll check the manual tonight.

Also, yeah, I hope the next mission isn’t a “rocks fall, everyone dies” sitch. ;)

    The massacre awaits!

Also took a quick look at the manual, but unfortunately couldn’t find any relevant data on outposts like it offers for the various ships. I guess they could be unarmed, but I consider that a very bad idea for a space station! Perhaps they went with the lowest bidder during construction.

I’ve only dealt with a few outposts so far, but so far the only thing vulnerable are the shields, everything else is white. I’ve also never been fired on by an outpost as of yet, all the combat has taken place during boarding actions. I know there’s a place in the manual that covers this, just gotta find it. But yeah, it makes little sense to have an unarmed outpost in a warzone.

Chime In!
