SGJ Podcast #151 – Starpoint Gemini Warlords

Welcome, my friends, to this week’s late-ish episode of the Space Game Junkie Podcast! This week, Jim, Hunter and I sit down with Little Green Men Community Manager Zeno Zokalj to discuss their latest game in the Starpoint Gemini series, Starpoint Gemini Warlords! Unfortunately due to a scheduling snafu, our guest was 17-ish minutes late, so we had to fill that time with our own inane ramblings, but once Zeno showed up, it was off to the races, and we had a GREAT time. The game is a lot of fun, and we talked about their attitude towards early access and the community, how much larger their team has grown and much more. It was a REALLY fun discussion about what appears to me, so far, a really fun game. I’ve got three hours in so far and I’m having a really fun time.

This week on the podcast, returning to its usual slot of Tuesday night at 5:30 PM Pacific time, we’ll be talking to the lead developer and co-creator of the long-time spacey MMO that we’ve recently fallen in love with, Vendetta Online! As always, if you have a question/suggestion/comment, you can leave it below, directly email us at hail@spacegamejunkie.com or hit us up on the forums. Thanks for listening/watching, and we hope you enjoy the show!

Found this game few days ago. What a find! I think this might be the biggest indie game I’ve seen in a while. Plus, just as I started playing they updated it and added planetary destruction. SUpercool effect, Star wars style. Very cool game, even unfinissed
