News Cannon for 12/16/14: A Dangerous Day to be a Space Game Fan ;)

Hello my friends, and happy Tuesday! Not a lot of news today, so let’s get to it!

• Elite: Dangerous – This is out today, and we’ll be playing it tonight on the podcast. Don’t know what this is? In the words of Nicholas Angel, “Get out!” ;)
• Dangerous – To confuse things a little further, this fantastic game got released on Steam today! Check out my review and video to ensure yourself it isn’t Elite, but is still awesome regardless. ;)
• Space Warfare: Infinite – There’s a new developer blog entry testing out capital ships and turrets, and it looks great.
• Star Trek Armada III: A Call to Arms – This mod for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion has now been fully released, and it looks FANTASTIC. Can’t wait to dive into this.

Finally, the Humble Store has some spacey deals today, such as the aforementioned Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion for $9.99 and Space Run for $7.49.

That’s it for today folks. Now leave me alone, this cargo isn’t gonna fly itself to Chango Dock on its own! ;)
