SGJ Podcast #143 – Drifter

This Game has a High Pew Pew Quotient!

Welcome to this episode of the Space Game Junkie Podcast! In this episode, Jim, Hunter and I sit down to talk to Colin Walsh of Celsius Game Studios about his early access space trading and combat game, Drifter, which was successfully Kickstarted in June, 2012. We talk to Colin about the long road the game has taken, the ups and downs of indie game development, creating one’s own engine, the roadmap for the game up to release (which is hopefully later this year) and much more!

Coming up on our next episode, we broach the world of board games and talk to Ken Burnside, the creator of the currently kickstarting game, Squadron Strike: Traveler. Thanks for listening/watching my friends!
