Let’s Play Blue Planet – Entry 4 – Finding Balance

What the HELL?!

Welcome back to Blue Planet my friends! After failing the last mission EIGHT TIMES, the game finally let me move forward. It’s nice that the game let me do that, but did I feel like shit for doing it. Imagine my confusion then, when I’m put in the middle of an existing mission right afterwards, which was crazy. THEN, in “First Contact”, we run into a new player on the board who are very, VERY interesting, but in the interest of avoiding spoilers I’ll avoid saying more than that. Then, in “Preserving the Balance,” I scramble to help protect our fleet from a multi-tiered Shivan onslaught, and make peace with the fact that it might be our last stand. This game is crazy and mysterious and challenging and fascinating and I love it. And I hate it. And I love it.
