Diaspora – A Total Conversion of Awesome

In our recent podcast on Freespace 2‘s 15th birthday, we talked about all sorts of mods and campaigns available for the game, but the Battlestar Galactica total conversion Diaspora never came up. We were jokingly taken to task for such a horrid omission, but it made me think that I’ve barely covered this amazing total conversion around here. I therefore put a little time into the game on Twitch this past weekend to give y’all an idea just how frakking awesome this thing is. This video includes some training missions and one mission taking place after “the fall,” and really shows how much work, care and love was put into this total conversion.
