Captain Forever Remix Preview – An Adorable, Challenging Game that Hates Me ;)

Pew Pew Pew Indeed my Friend…

Captain Forever Remix is a new, updated version of a popular browser game that came out several years (which you can still play for free). This remixed version adds better graphics, music, refined gameplay elements and more. The core concept of the game is to win back the solar system from the evil King Kevin one planet at a time, fighting randomly generated enemies along the way. All of the ships in the game are made up of specific parts, and when you destroy a ship, it leaves some or all of its parts behind (depends on how many you blow up along the way, whoops! ;), and you can then use those parts to improve your own ship. The game’s colorful graphics belie the game’s challenging AI and brutal enemies. It is a roguelike after all. Overall, my time with this game has been immensely enjoyable, and I can’t wait to revisit it throughout its development.
