New Elite: Dangerous Video – Whooooa…

Pew Pew Pew!

Hey folks, I don’t have the time or energy to do a full news digest today, sorry! I DID, however, want to chime in with this new Elite: Dangerous video many people informed me about. I have only one word for it: Wow.

I’m not sure if this is a pre-rendered scene or in-game footage Apparently this is a mix of pre-rendered and in-game footage (thanks garion333!), and it’s used to help prospective composers help score their music more effectively, and the winner, Erasmus Talbot, has done a fantastic job. You can read all about it here on Kickstarter. I know I’ve slagged on this game in the past, but that video is nothing short of impressive. It finally convinced me to back the game, which is no small feat if you know me. ;)
