Site Stuff: Some Upcoming Schedule Changes

Time for Some Changes…

Friends, I’ve been working to get even more into my groove in this whole streaming thing, and I’m making some changes to the daily schedule that I’m very excited about.

When I began this new leg of my journey, I wanted space games to still be prominent, so as I was streaming Monday through Friday, I figured space games could bookend the week. Well now that I’m streaming every day, I felt I needed to change this up a bit.

I also heard some streamers say they do better the earlier they stream, so this week I’ve been streaming at 6 AM rather than 9 AM as an experiment, and honestly? I LOVE IT. It allows me more flexibility to stream for longer and allows for more time between morning and afternoon streams to get things done.

Therefore here’s now the new schedule will look. Each day’s morning stream will now start at 6 AM Pacific. Afternoon streams are unchanged:

  • Monday is basically unchanged. Classic space game (currently Star Fleet II) day.
  • Tuesday will be a variety day as usual, with the podcast in the afternoon.
  • Wednesday will now be for our more current space games, currently Mass Effect 3. This except for next Wednesday, 5/20, when I’ll need the day off to take my brother-in-law to surgery and then home again.
  • Thursday is a variety day as usual, with the LAN Party in the afternoon.
  • Friday will now be Freespace Fridays. Starting next Friday, 5/22, we’ll be playing pretty much everything Freespace, starting with Descent: Freespace, then Silent Threat, then Freespace 2. This will be followed by playing every mod in the Knossos launcher to completion. This, as you might surmise, will take a while. :)
  • Saturday and Sunday will remain variety days as usual.

I am exceedingly excited about this new schedule because it allows me to keep the variety I need while adding more focus on what brought us all together in the first place: space games! I can’t wait to go through the entirety of the Freespace library with you all.

Thanks so much for going on this journey with me, and please let me know if you have any questions. Remember as always you can refer to the calendar for the most up-to-date schedule of events we have. See you on Twitch or YouTube! :)
