Let’s Play Battlefleet Gothic: Armada – Entry 1 – Stumbled Out of The Gate…

Pew Pew!

Welcome to Battlefleet Gothic: Armada my friends! This game puts you in command of Imperium, Chaos, Eldar and Ork fleets in a battle for tactical supremacy across the vastness of space. In the single player campaign, you’re an officer of the Imperium, tasked with keeping the Gothic sector safe and in Imperial hands. In this first mission, I’m tasked with protecting a convoy from a small fleet of Orcs, and even on easy difficulty mode, I fail spectacularly. I kind of love how the game doesn’t let you retry the mission, so you have to live with your failure. Harsh, but kind of interesting and fun, if I may be honest. I can always restart the campaign once I’ve lost and try again, as the moment to moment gameplay here is both fun and visceral!
