SGJ Podcast #388 – Genre Stagnation

Do Y’all Know How Hard it is To Find an Image of “Stale” or “Stagnant”?

Hey friends, welcome to the show! This week, Spaz, Julie, Thorston, Jacob and I talk about genres that we feel have gotten stale, or stagnated, the more we’ve played them. We start with space 4X games and just go off on several genres, plus a bunch of tangents. It’s a fun show where we cover a lot of ground, so we hope you enjoy it.

Next week we’ll talk about gatekeeping, something we alllll hate. ;) As always, if you have any questions or comments, please drop them in the comments below, email us at hail@spacegamejunkie.com or hit us up on the forums.
