Kosmokrats puts you in charge of a remote drone as you help the Soviet Union build new ships and stations.
Concept
In an alternate past, the Soviets and Capitalists have far more robust space fleets, and it's up to you, as a remote Soviet drone pilot, to help keep an edge against the Capitalists.
