Striving to Give You the Best of This…

Hey y’all, how are ya? I’m chiming in to let you know that I’ve been thinking long and hard on how I do news updates, and I want to try to make them more varied, engaging and, time permitting, all-encompassing. Therefore, here’s what I’ve decided to do.

  1. If I have time on a given day, I’ll likely post a piece focusing on particular bits of news that I find interesting on that day, such as a new game release, significant update or something nifty like the Kerbal educational piece. This way cool stories can get a little more focus.
  2. If I don’t have time, or if a story doesn’t have as much gravitas as some others (such as minor patch or some such), I’ll collect it into Pocket as I’ve always done. When I get to a reasonable amount of stories (maybe between ten to thirty), I will gorramm make the time to put up the usual digest of stories as I’ve been doing. ;)

This way, interesting stories get an extra bit of focus, and everything else still gets covered in a timely manner. This way I hopefully don’t let whole weeks go by without posting a news piece as the news piles up to over 100 stories in Pocket (as it just did) and I feel a bit overwhelmed as a result.

I’m hoping this keeps us all engaged and informed as best as I have the time to provide, as well as keeping me focused so I don’t let things slide for so long, as I’ve been doing lately.  If you have any questions or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to voice them in the comments, and as always, thanks so much for visiting! :)
